The First Abendment

Hello and welcome to issue 10 of my newsletter. For new readers - good job! Learning to read can be difficult, but if you work hard, you’ll open yourself to a whole new world of excitement.

UFO: There is currently a 6 foot inflatable UFO in my office. Which is large when you think about standing next to it, but actually pretty small when you are trying to climb inside it. I know this because I spent a long time squeezing myself through a plastic slit into the inflatable UFO. Then even longer trying to get out when I realized there was no way I would be able to stand up or move at all while I was inside it.

Despite this it was actually very fun and Jared said he wants to do it too. I'll send pictures when he does so everyone make sure to remind him.

Health: I went to the doctor this week. After my dentist newsletter a few weeks ago sparked multiple actual dental appointments, I realized I'm actually just an influencer now. And with that title comes real power. Power that I must use for good.

So today I want to make sure everyone is taking care of themselves. Each of you are important and deserve to live happy, healthy lives. Whether that's physical, mental, social, or emotional health; please take time for yourself. I care about all of you, and there are probably other people who care too.

Some ideas to help promote personal health:

• Go on a 20 minute walk (physical, mental)
• Call a friend (social, emotional)
• Meditate for 10 minutes. Focus on breathing (physical, mental, emotional)
• Run a mile (physical, mental)
• Talk through a challenge with a mental health professional (mental)
• Do something kind for someone else (emotional, social)
• Climb into a 6 foot inflatable UFO (Jared, mental)
• Take a nap (physical, mental, emotional, social)

Anyway, that got a little more serious but it's been on my mind and I think it's important.

Don't forget to remind Jared to get in the UFO, and any of you are welcome to try it out yourself if you'd like.
